How many times a day to eat for weight loss?

At my latest physical check up, about 3 years ago, I was told by my primary physician I had high blood pressure, and I needed an immediately change in my diet because of High Blood Pressure. The devastating look in her eyes scared me more than the diagnosis.  Along with her frightening words to me at that time "A Silent Killer" led me down a new path.

When I considered weight loss, I have to admit I was totally overwhelmed by all the information out here for weight loss. All the buzz news, gadgets, videos, ideas and so much more. With the help of my primary physician I decided to go with the low-carb, high-protein diet.
Weight loss that generally last is usually based  on changes you can live with for long periods of time, not on a temporary basis.

With low-carb, high-protein diets, some diet programs generally recommend 30 - 50% of your total calories to come from protein.
Comparing this, the American Heart Association, the National Cholesterol Education Program along with the American Cancer Society perspective all recommend a diet with smaller percentages of calories from protein.

Eating for weight loss:

There seems to be two schools of thought, some believe you should eat three well balanced meals per day while others believe you should eat five to six meals with smaller portions spread out throughout  the day.
Eating three to five meals a day can work when it comes to weight loss. If you consume 1.200 calories at three meals but 2,500 calories at five meals when it comes to weight loss, the three meals will produce more weight loss because of  the shortage of calories you may need.
Still if, you portion out five smaller meals at let's say, three hundred calories each, those 1,500 calories for your whole day could lead to weight loss as well, depending on the calories you may need.

How this works:

Your body burns carbs for fuel. When cut your body goes into a metabolic state known as ketosis, a raised level of ketone bodies in your body tissues and begins to burn it's own fat for fuel. When these fat stores become the main energy source for you can lose the weight .

Osteoporosis and Kidney Stones: When on a high-protein diet you tend to urinate more calcium than you usually do, and some experts do firmly believe that this could make osteoporosis and kidney stones more likely.

High Cholesterol: Some protein sources like dairy, high fatty foods and cuts of meat tends to raise your cholesterol levels which increases your chance of heart disease.

Kidney Problems: Too much protein puts added strain on them, thus worsen kidney functioning.

If you have been considering a high-protein diet, as recommended check with your primary physician or nutritionist and together come up with a diet plan that's right for you. To make sure you are getting enough fruits and veggies, and at the same time getting lean protein meals.

A typical day can consist of :
Oatmeal or a tone it up protein smoothie
Hard boiled egg and fruit
Lean protein, veggies, with a healthy carb
Protein bar, granola bar, fruit or nuts
Lean veggies and baked chicken

Branding Made Easy!

What is a brand, you may ask?  A brand is one of the most important look of any business. An impressive brand strategy gives you a major edge in an increasingly competitive business market. Be true to your brand and deliver on promises made. Your customers will never become loyal customers, won't return to you and certainly won't refer you to their family and friends, at least not on a positive note. Where you advertise, your distribution channels, also how you communicate verbally and visually are all associated with your brand.

There are literally loads and loads and loads of online videos out there professing they are the 'best' out here, and more are being added as you read this. Some I have personally researched and others I could tell right out the gate if it was a right fit for me

When I first started my hair extension business, less than a year ago, it was then realized I needed to do something more with my life, much more besides working myself to death, 3-11 p.m. 5 days a week and sometimes even more if I was working for something specific or anything extra like a family event or a birthday came up.
I came to the realization a few years back, my grand kids were growing up without me. I'd been talking about doing something different, other than working in the medical field  for well over 17 years, if I didn't make the transition soon it would be too late for them and for me. And my back
injury from a few years earlier just seemed to be getting was getting worse and worse.
The bottom line for me was both my granny's had passed on before I was born so I never had the pleasure or opportunity of ever having a granny to love like my 'grands' love me.
Never had a granny to run with, to enjoy, to run ideas by, to complain to about my mommy and daddy, to cry with, to hug or just hold, not even to just, all around share my childhood or adult memories with. I definitely just needed to find another way of making money because I wanted to free up some much needed time and spend more with my 'grands'. the true and unconditional loves of my life and not just talk about doing it. For me quitting work was not an option

I put feelers out as to put my plan into motion. Even though I didn't know didley about selling hair or even what a brand made easy meant. But,  as a customer I wear them a lot myself, not only the hair extensions but the wigs too, and I 've always loved the way I feel after getting my hair whipped and slayed. And yes, especially enjoyed all the compliments too.
I come from a long line of hairstylist--legit and kitchen. In either business, they all know their stuff and is full of natural hairstyling talent.

To make a long story short, I did my research. A lot of the popular sites I checked out all profess they are the 'best!'.
Around this time, I was receiving emails from potential hair suppliers mainly because I had put feelers out.
A few hair suppliers caught my curiosity, but Wealthy Hair got my full attention.
What I admired about Wealthy Hair is they didn't claim to be the best in the business. Nor to be the number one place to shop or promised any false hopes. You get out of it what you put into it.
Wealthy Hair invited me to check out her video
https://www.wealthyhair.com/hands-freebusinesspackage/
She offers an opportunity for a hands free business package.

After doing tons and tons of research and reading numerous reviews about the business. I signed up, on the payment plan.

4 Important Tips On How To Start Your Own Weave Extenssion Business!!!

    1. Intensively educate yourself on the different types of hair, texture, and yes the latest styles.  Women who have been wearing hair extensions and are very familiar with the industry and also those clients who are new will surely want to and will  ask every question they can think of under the sun, and we as a consumer in our own right cannot blame them, because we know ourselves we want to be assured, just as they do, we aren't wasting our time or our hard earned money.

2. Be sure to write down your primary business plans. This means along the lines such as the expectations you would like to meet, your out of pocket expenses, your shipping and your product packaging, even how much is needed to invest before you see any investment. Which may take awhile until your targeted audience learns to trust and believe in you as a person they can relate to, believe your personal story and can like and  relate to you as a human being not just another person looking for sales.  Along with, how much money you would like to make monthly, or yearly or weekly, and how much you would like to set your hair weave prices at.

3. After doing much research, and you're personally reassured you feel you know enough of your new hair extension venture to get yourself started is finding a good wholesale hair extension supplier. We recommend https://www.facebook.com/5deescollection/  Also do your own 'quality' test. Know your niche and target audience. Do start small and as you grow your audience and your loyal customers and have made your targeted money goals , you can then offer different types of hair, colors if desired, and new products as you grow.

4. After these steps, you will then have to implement your business into goals, reevaluate and see what improvements you may want to implement within your hair extension business structure. Since now you own your own hair company like I do, you now know a whole more. I hope these tips has helped you along your exciting and profitable new journey.

Just manage to keep in mind your new journey will take time:  time to get to know your supplier and all other aspects of your new  business. Believe me when I say you will be approached by the good and the shady side of this business. By suppliers with very different qualities of hair and prices.
Even if already established, be very aware. If their offers don't coincide with your companies vision or it's mission and where you see your business heading, do not hesitate to take your time and/or learn to make use of the word "No".

Do You Know The Secrets To Healthy Black Hair?

Hair extensions are newer outside the black community, but it has been growing unbelievably fast. To keep your real hair healthy and growing underneath the extensions is just as equally important. More often than not, the main problem with getting black hair to grow is surely breakage.

Which can be the result of dry and unhealthy hair. The secret to growing your hair is to keep it moisturized and focus on length retention.Growing your hair will have a need for you to opt for a more strenuous, yet
valuable shampoo routine and proper hair styling to prevent breakage.

Dandruff can also cause temporary hair loss too and  if left untreated it can become itchy and inflamed.
A healthy diet too can help, as it provides your hair with the supplements it needs for healthy growth.
Be sure to wash your hair on an average of once a week. This routine of washing hair regularly can help remove any hair product build up allowing your scalp to breathe. This stimulates blood flow and again encourages healthy hair growth.
Natural oils helps your hair stay moisturized and prevents breakage. Avoid sulfates which can strip your hair of it's natural oils. Deep conditioning should also be done while shampooing . It can be time consuming, but it can help repair any damage from breakage.
If your hair starts to feels too dry from regular washing , before you shampoo your hair oils such as olive and coconut are both really good pre-conditioning treatments and helps reduce protein loss during your shampooing routine.
Massing your scalp for 20-30 minutes a day can help encourage hair growth and is especially useful if you have any damage or thinning hair from your hair relaxer or hair extensions.
Keeping your hair moisturized is the better step in preventing breakage, but you may still find that your hair still gets a little dried out., even when you are following a great hair washing regime.
In this case, you may need to use a moisturizer or sealant between washes. Water is always the best moisturizer for your dry hair to keep it soft. Sealants too, helps keep moisture in your hair and are often made with oils or butters, these are to applied after shampooing your hair.
Hair extensions may be newer outside of the black community, but the way to growing and maintaining a healthy head of hair is through: all things hair education . https://www.facebook.com/5deescollction/

Do You Like: Hair Loss or Breakage

Black hair tends to grow slower at an average rate of 1/2 inch per month. There is nothing you can do to your hair strands to make it grow any faster, but there is several hair care maintenance procedures you can implement to keep your hair strands healthy and help you prevent breakage and hair loss.

However, cutting your hair can help it grow faster and make it appear a whole lot healthier since your damaged ends are being removed via your split ends.
The natural spiraled pattern of black hair can appear to grow much slower because it's not stretched out like most other types of hair textures. If properly cared for your hair will and can grow.
The internal structure of black hair surely makes it more receptive to breakage than other hair types. Relaxing and coloring your hair can add to the possibility of breakage too.
Use hair care products to hydrate and strengthen your hair will help repatch your hair's structure and help minimize breakage. Essential oils help restore your hair's elasticity and strengthen it, at the same time seals in moisture.
Brushing can also lead to hair breakage, especially if your hair is relaxed.

Heat styling too can actually cause serious damage to your hair, especially if done too often or use excessive high temperatures. When using heat on your hair, you're temporarily altering your protein bonds in your hair's chemical structure and also weakening it's structure.
A good thermal protectant should always be used when you're heat styling.

Although there are many hair vitamins and supplements on the market today to boost your hair growth, this step is optional. Vitamins: B6 and Biotin are both great aids in hair growth. Vitamin B6 is a great supplement as it blocks testosterone receptors at your roots. Way too much of  this testosterone's release can make your hair become thin and also slows down your hair's growth.
Biotin is considered one of the best vitamins to boost hair growth. It's available in capsule form and helps to renew the hair's cell and allows faster hair growth.

The tips of your hair strands are the most brittle and damaged being the most prone to breakage. Relaxing the hair and putting in a pony or a bun using bobby pins to keep your hair in place every so often can help relieve your hair's stress and breakage.

Finally, braiding hair also keeps your ends from being exposed and damaged any further. Small or large braids, are fine. Just keep in mind, keep your ends free of rubber bands so you won't rip out strands when removing your braids. Black hair can be prone to breakage and loss, but yes, black hair can grow. https://facebook.com/5deescollection/

Free Wigs

While some patients are able to purchase a wig with help from insurance or through their own financial means other cancer patients need help and look for free wigs.
The American Cancer Society is a great resource that provides free wigs for adults who financially qualify and currently suffering from hair loss due to cancer treatments. The American Cancer Society is one of the well known and most noted cancer awareness organizations. They are a volunteer and donation based organization ultimately working to provide support to cancer patients as well as create awareness and support cancer research.
"Gifted Closets" are located throughout the United States. A "Gifted Closet" is a location stocked by donations with free cancer treatment related supplies for patients in need. Donations with tags attached are accepted by many offices in order to provide free wigs to women experiencing hair loss and may not be able to afford one. Donations help their cause and helps the  program stay up and running. If you would like to donate, you can immediately help by calling 1-800-ACS-2345 to find a local office that will accept your donation.
Keep in mind each office differs slightly. You can search for this and other services at www.cancer.org under "Find Support Programs and Services in your area".

Even hair salons participate in this stellar and worthwhile program.

Some women even prefer to wear hats or scarves instead.

Therefore, specialty hats and scarves are designed for women with hair loss are priced very affordable and can be a cost effective solution or even compliment a wig. A silk or satin sleep cap is essential for keeping your head at night.
